The fluids that matter

Engine coolant: Regulates engine temperature and prevents overheating. Also protects against freezing and corrosion in the cooling system.
Brake fluid: Transfers force from the brake pedal to the brakes so you can stop safely.
Transmission fluid: Lubricates and cools the moving parts inside the transmission so it shifts smoothly.
Windshield washer fluid: Keeps your windshield clean and clear for better visibility.
Power steering fluid: Assists in turning the steering wheel through the power steering system.

What to do when fluid levels are low

Don't ignore it: Low fluids can damage your vehicle and compromise safety.
Top it up: Use the correct fluid as recommended by the manufacturer.
